These providers only use your data within the scope of the services rendered to SCIMYS and in compliance with applicable regulations.

6. Relationship with Shopify

The Site is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal data regarding your access to and use of the Site in order to provide us with the platform and improve it. Information you submit on the Site is shared with Shopify, which may process it in countries other than your country of residence, with appropriate protection safeguards. You can review Shopify's privacy policy and exercise certain rights directly via Shopify's privacy portal.

7. Retention period

Data relating to orders is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in accordance with legal obligations (in particular accounting and tax obligations, for up to 10 years). Data relating to commercial prospecting is retained for 3 years from the last contact, unless the customer objects. Cookies are retained for a maximum of 13 months, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

8. Data relating to minors

The Site is not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data relating to minors. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor who has provided us with data, you may contact us to request its deletion.

9. Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to set guidelines regarding the fate of your data after your death.
