Terms of Sale

1. Purpose and Scope

These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products on the aeviom.fr website, published by SCIMYS (a French simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder — SASU — with capital of €5,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 108 453 697, registered office at 138 avenue Victor Hugo, 75016 Paris, France). They apply to any order placed by a customer on the site, to the exclusion of any other terms, and are accessible and printable at any time on the site.

2. Products

AEVIOM sells Cellular Daily, a food supplement in soluble stick form, available in two formulas: Women and Men. The essential characteristics of the products (composition, dosages, directions for use) are presented on the site's product pages, which the customer acknowledges having read before ordering.

Food supplement intended for adults. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women due to its nicotinamide riboside content.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery fees, which are specified before the order is confirmed. Cellular Daily is offered as a one-time purchase at €99 (30 days), or as a subscription at €267.30 per 3-month cycle (−10%, i.e. €2.97/day), delivered every 90 days. SCIMYS reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time each order is confirmed, or at each subscription billing date.

4. Ordering

Orders are placed directly on the site. The customer selects the products, reviews the details and total price of the order, provides delivery and payment details, and then confirms the order after accepting these Terms. The sale is deemed concluded once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to the customer at that time.

SCIMYS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is an outstanding payment dispute relating to a previous order.

5. Payment

Payment is made online, at the time of ordering, using the methods offered on the site (credit card and other methods shown at checkout). The charge is made when the order is confirmed, or at each billing date for a subscription. Transactions are secured by the Shopify Payments platform and its providers; SCIMYS does not have access to any complete banking data of the customer.

6. Subscription

The 3-month subscription is not a fixed-term commitment: it can be paused, modified (skipped), or cancelled at any time by the customer from their account, free of charge and without justification, before the next billing date. Unless cancelled or paused, the subscription renews automatically every 90 days at the rate then in effect, and the customer is charged at each billing date and receives delivery under the same terms as the initial order.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the countries served in Europe, at the address provided by the customer when ordering. Delivery times shown at checkout are given as an indication, in business days. In the event of a significant delay beyond the stated time, the customer will be informed and may request cancellation of the order under the conditions set out in Articles L.216-2 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Risks related to transport are borne by SCIMYS until the customer takes physical possession of the product.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty, by notifying SCIMYS at contact@aeviom.fr. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot, however, be exercised for products unsealed by the customer after delivery which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons — this includes food supplements whose packaging or security seals have been opened.

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering. The refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, including the initial standard delivery costs.

9. Legal Guarantees

Every product sold on the site benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, with a presumption of non-conformity for 24 months from delivery) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), under the conditions provided by law. The customer may choose between repair or replacement of the product, subject to the cost conditions set out in the French Consumer Code.

10. Liability

SCIMYS cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage or product unavailability, force majeure, total or partial disruption or strike affecting postal services and means of transport in particular, or in the event of misuse or failure to follow the precautions for use of the products by the customer.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact SCIMYS first at contact@aeviom.fr to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the customer may resort to consumer mediation under the conditions described in the legal notice, or bring the matter before the competent court.
